How To Use AO CLASSES

Note:-

     -You don't need to sign in or log in every time start your class or create forms or any other features.

     - Recommended apps are based on:-

          - no need to create account

          -Free to use

          -no support apps required

          -secured

          -easy to use

      - In rarest case the steps and the functionality may vary according to your android version (if low),            in such case please download the support apps.

Online Classes ( Recommended Google Classroom)

Zoom:-

Support App/s Required:- None

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Zoom

    Note:- If you have the zoom app installed in your phone then AO CLASSES will directly open the Zoom app

IV. Click "Host"

V. Sign In and start meeting

Google Meet:-

Support App/s Required:- Google Meet

   Due to a change in Google Policies, a supported app is required. For further information please check     our support webs policy.

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Google Meet

     Note:- It requires a support app.

IV. Google Meet will open and you can take the class.

Google Hangouts:-

Support App/s Required:- Google Hangouts

   Due to a change in Google Policies, a supported app is required. For further information please check     our support webs policy.

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Google Hangouts

     Note:- It requires a support app.

IV. Google Hangouts will open and you can take the class.

Microsoft Teams:-

Support App/s Required:- None

Note:- You will require to change browser settings to allow DOM storage

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Microsoft Teams

     Note:- If you have the teams app installed in your phone then AO CLASSES will directly open the         Teams app

IV. Click on sign in and then take your class.

Cisco Webex:-

Support App/s Required:- None

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Webex

    Note:- If you have the Webex app installed in your phone then AO CLASSES will directly open the        Webex app

IV. Sign in then take your class.

Skype:-

Support App/s Required:- None

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Skype

     Note:- If you have the skype app installed in your phone then AO CLASSES will directly open the         skype app

IV. Click on host a meeting 

V.  Give a meeting name and create a link

VI. Share the link with your students and start your class.

Google Classroom (Recommended):-

Support App/s Required:- None

I. Open AO CLASSES 

II. Click on online classes

III. Click on Google Classrooms

     Note:- If you have the classrooms app installed in your phone then AO CLASSES will directly open      the classrooms app

IV. Click on "Go To Classroom"

V.  Sign in to your Gmail account

VI. Click on the plus sign on top right side corner to create new meetings.

Go To Meeting:-

Support App/s Required:- Go To Meeting

    Due to changes in the policy, you won't be able to access it through AO CLASSES

Note:- You must download the go-to-meeting as a support app to use it. For further information please check our support webs policy.

I. Open AO CLASSES

III. Click on Go to meeting

     Note:- It requires a support app.

IV. Go To Meeting will open and you can take the class.

V. Get access to questions of all subjects of that class of the respective board.

Class Planner

Support App/s Required:- Google Calendar or Google tasks or Microsoft planner or Microsoft to-dos

I. Click on Class Planner

II. AO CLASSES will open a planner for you according to your support apps.

III. Set date and timing for your class

V. You will receive a notification at your class timings.

Keep Notes

   To Create New Note:-

IV. Type what you want to save as a note like meeting links, attendance, copy submission etc

V. Click save

    To modify a note:-

III. Click on the note you want to modify

V. Click save to save the changes

     To delete a note:-

III. Long press on the note you want to delete
